Cancellation or any amendment has to notify 24 hours before pickup date,otherwise,no refund will be given to customer.
What to expect
Airport arrival pickup waiting time is 90 mins upon flight landed.
Hotel/residential pickup waiting time is 20mins.
Customer to ensure contact number given on booking voucher is reachable.In any case if the waiting time is up and customer is uncontactable,driver will leave airport or hotel/residential area and no refund will be given to customer.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the start time.
