Hotel to Cruise Centre Only
Hotel/residential to attractions
Customer to ensure contact number given on booking voucher is reachable.Waiting time is 15 minutes.In any case if pickup waiting time + 15 minutes is up and customer is uncontactable,driver will leave the scene and no refund will be given to customer.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the start time.
